This is class is a 12 week commitment to help boost your cardiovascular endurance as well as strength. The format for the outdoor months begins with a 2-3 mile run followed by 30 mins of station intervals that combine strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. During the indoor months the focus is on the station intervals and include short running intervals on the treadmill.
