These classes are for members who are looking to train the most important muscle in the body, your heart! At K-FIT Studio, we invite those who have gone through cardiac rehabilitation in the past and looking to continue to their fitness journey, as well as those who are just looking for some classes to help aid in the prevention of heart disease. These low impact fitness classes meet 3 times a week in the evening. Our knowledgeable staff has not only general fitness backgrounds but also extensive clinical experience, and has worked with this population for many years. We invite all those looking for something to get them moving and aid in the prevention of one of America’s most common diseases, Heart disease.
