Clinical studies prove that weight training increases your overall strength, flexibility, helps to tone and firm, but most importantly improves bone density and aids in the prevention of osteoporosis. This program encompasses all that more. Women Weights and More is a program that includes strength training, balance and core work, as well as stretching and flexibility.
The class pass is $219 for unlimited classes and begins on the 1st of each quarterly month of the year (January, April, July, October). Don’t worry if it is mid quarter you can still join and we can pro-rate the amount for you. At K-FIT we believe 3 months is the perfect amount of time for you to get acclimated to the program, develop good technique, and begin to recognize the benefits of this great program.
